Berlin banishes fear.
Crises, wars, polarization. We have become accustomed to presenting the future primarily as a problem. On December 31, 2026, Berlin intends to reverse this narrative for one night. Not with another message on a screen, but with over 100,000 people in the middle of the city: confidence instead of fear. Cohesion instead of retreat.
The setting could hardly be more symbolic. Around the Victory Column and on the Straße des 17. Juni, a New Year's Eve celebration will be created that is not just celebrated, but collectively staged. Berlin wants to show what this city is capable of when art, culture, and the public are not considered separately. From a New Year's Eve, a moment is to emerge whose images will reach far beyond Berlin.
The 360° Stage
The center: a 360° stage, completely encircling the Victory Column. More than 300 meters of circulating stage area, over 250 meters of LED surface. A ring of music, light, and people instead of traditional front-facing sound. According to the concept, the technical planning will be carried out together with Production Partner PRG.
Berlin, as Berlin truly is
Not sorted, but mixed. Techno meets Hip-Hop. Schlager meets singer-songwriter. German greats meet international artists. Generations, genres, and scenes are not simply sent onto the stage one after another, but are brought together for specially developed medleys and collaborations.
From the Victory Column, the night finally stretches over more than two kilometers through the city: Europe's longest dance floor is announced, musically and culinarily entertained and supplemented by 24 additional stages.
Perhaps Berlin doesn't need another party right now. Perhaps Berlin needs exactly the opposite: a moment in which 100,000 people together once again look forward to tomorrow.
